SG-3 Suspension PVC Resin with High Mechanical Strength, Excellent Thermal Stability, and Low Impurity Content

SG-3 is high-molecular-weight suspension PVC homopolymer with high K value and high viscosity number. It features high mechanical strength, excellent tensile and impact resistance, good thermal stability and low impurity content. The product fully meets superior class standard of GB/T4803-94 after factory inspection. It is mainly applied to high-impact rigid PVC products, thick-wall pipe fittings, high-strength plastic profiles and industrial hard plastic injection parts requiring outstanding mechanical performance.

• Stable apparent density of 0.47g/ml, balanced mixing fluidity and extrusion yield, less dust during feeding.

Storage Requirements

Store in dry, cool and ventilated warehouse, isolate from rain, damp ground and direct sunlight. Seal packaging tightly after opening to avoid moisture absorption and powder agglomeration. Implement first-in first-out inventory management.

Operation Safety

Wear dust masks, protective gloves and safety goggles during feeding and mixing to prevent long-term inhalation of PVC dust. Rinse eyes with plenty of clean water in case of contact; wash skin thoroughly with soap after exposure.

All inspection items comply with Superior Class technical requirements of GB/T4803-94, all test results are judged PASS. All data are original laboratory test values for reference only, not binding product warranty. Actual processing effect depends on stabilizer system, filler formula and production process parameters. Small batch trial mixing test before mass production is strongly recommended to confirm formula adaptability.
